Troo Solutions has made small, designer, energy efficient homes available to all. Our base Yard Home models fit the budget conscious or volume build projects. If something a little more custom is what you need, you can select exterior add-ons to dress up your home and customize your look. If you don’t see what you are looking for, let’s schedule a meeting to chat about it. We can typically make what you are looking for from our standard components and still keep you within a reasonable budget. Our goal is to make the process of building your small home easy, and straightforward. We have curated finishes for you to choose from, all on today’s design trends, and in the budget that you see. You won’t go over budget on your build, what you see is what it will cost.
